You understand that while the content may mention previous groups, calls, coaching or review of content, this self-paced program does NOT include any coaching calls, review of content, or group space.

3. Payment
The total cost for the Authors Ignited course is either a single payment of $497, four payments of $136, or the payment plan selected by you at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through our designated payment gateway.

4. Refund Policy
Due to the immediate digital access granted to all course content upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to review all course details before committing to your purchase.

5. Intellectual Property
All content provided within the Authors Ignited program, including but not limited to videos, workbooks, worksheets, templates, and any other digital materials, is the exclusive property of Go Write Something, LLC. This content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Permitted Use
The content of Authors Ignited is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to resell, distribute, share, modify, or otherwise exploit any part of the course content without the express written permission of Go Write Something, LLC. 8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your purchase or use of Authors Ignited, or these Terms and Conditions, shall be exclusively resolved in the state or federal courts located in South Fulton County, Georgia. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

9. Changes to Terms
Go Write Something, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the course after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
