24 hours' notice shall be given to reschedule a coaching session.
Sessions missed without notice shall be forfeited.
If a scheduled payment is missed, sessions will be suspended until payment is made.
Coaching sessions must be used within a period of 9 months. Additional time may be granted at the request of the client,
Submissions that exceed the 5000-word maximum between sessions will only be reviewed if client and coach have agreed to the increase prior to submission.
Cancelation of the coaching relationship and request for refund must be made in writing to Candice@CandiceLDavis.com, within 7 days of initial payment and not less than 5 business days before the first scheduled session. $2500 of payment is considered a nonrefundable deposit and will not be returned upon request to terminate coaching.
All proprietary content will be kept confidential and shall not be disclosed to any party outside of Go Write Something, LLC.
